Welcome to the client area. Here you can track your orders and open tickets, check for your unanswered forum post and access your services including downloads and support help desk.
To the right, you find different panes allowing you to navigate to specific resources :
View detailed information on all fulfilled orders through the pane titled "Orders History". The list is arranged by date. Click on a specific order item to view its details, including the list of acquired services, the price total, etc.
List all services your account has accrued. Click on a specific service item from the list to enter its details page. There you get access to technical information, downloadable material (product installation packages and updates), help desk tickets, license keys (either in static or dynamically through activation forms), etc.
Here you can view the list of opened tickets or tickets that await you attention.
License Keys :
For perpetual license profiles, activation keys are machine-locked : you must provide a machine code through the service details-page and "consume" a license activation transaction. The "License Keys" pane lists all license activation transactions that await your attention.
Shows lastest activity on the Community Forum. If logged-in, this pane shows your lastest active posts/topics.
